Nos.HT-16C trench-less directional rig is a kind of hydraulic driller with two wheels or four wheels, whose power station is four wheels type with a 2 cubic meters water-tank and 120 meters drill rod’s rack. The drilling machine features reasonable construction, convenient operation, high working efficiency, narrow dimension. All of features make the machine used in cramped or confined spaces.

Characteristics:

•  It is convenient to move during working in jobsites is superior to the rig with two wheels or sledge.
• Two- speed carriage and rotary power head are best to mix soil in the hole and to make safe and efficient when pull pipe.
• When drilling, it is easy to remove the four wheels from the rig by pulling out four shafts in order to drop down the center of rotary head improving the stability of working.
• Pushing mounting plate of shoe is wheel mode, which can decrease friction force and increase lifetime of extension guide.
• Two hydraulic clamps make assemble and disassemble drill rods more conveniently and effectively.
• Rotary power head is three Hydraulic motors, which synchronize to drive main shaft to make it run steadily, high rotary torque. Meantime, they match with pullback reasonably.
• Pushing structure is chained wheel mode to reduce size of pushing structure.
• The carriage with rollers for minimal wear of the guide shell.
•  Heavy-duty Hydraulic rotary power head adopts rock drill head. It can bear a larger impact load and it is more suitable for dry or wet drilling and improves lifetime in dry or wet drilling.
