HT-12C directional rig is a kind of hydraulic driller with two wheels, whose power station is four wheels type with a 1.5 cubic meter water-tank and 150 meters drilling rod’s rack. The drilling machine features reasonable construction, convenient operation, high working efficiency, narrow dimension. All of the features make the machine used in cramped or confined spaces.
Characteristics:
- Pushing structure is chained wheel mode to reduce size of pushing structure.
- Pushing of shoe is sliding bar mode, which can decrease friction force and increase lifetime of extension guide.
- Rotary power head is hydraulic motor-driven. And it runs stably and efficiently. Besides, rotary torque matches with pullback reasonably.
- Heavy-duty Hydraulic rotary power head adopts rock drill head. It can bear a larger impact load and it is more suitable for dry or wet drilling and improves lifetime in dry or wet drilling.
- Two hydraulic clamps assemble and disassemble drill rods more effectively.
- Feeding carriage has a clearance to protect the life of drill rod.
- Optionally available patent products: Star Anti-jamming drill rod modules, drill rig hydraulic system achieve to alarm processing for anti-jamming drill rod, drill rig to drill in and dragged back to double dynamic monitoring, automatic protection before jamming drill rod, automatically remove, automatically alarm to avoid breaking probe, breaking drill rod and other major incidents.
- Optionally available stress devices make pullback come up to 22t, which use in deal with drilling rod urgently.
- The power station uses Cummins engine of America. And it is robust and reliable.
- The diesel engine and main hydraulic parts (e.g. hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, hydraulic motor, etc.) adopt imported products or famous domestic companies.
